Gone are the days when people used to restrict themselves only to conventional and comfortable job options.

Today’s youth have switched from 9 to 5 schedule, to something which gives them peace of mind and an opportunity to convert their passion in their career.

STORY’anz hosted a webinar on making a career in alternate fields. The guest speaker was Anjali Sharma, founder of ‘Astro By Anjali’. She is a Vedic astrologer, Numerologist, Tarot card reader, Vaastu expert, Motivational Trainer for healing workshops and the like; and guess what’s surprising? That’s not how she started her career in astrology. She completed her formal education and holds a degree in MBA (HR) before diving into this field.

Just like most of the youth looking find their footing, she wasn’t any different. Anjali wasn’t sure of what suited her the most in the early phase of her career. However, as she started reading books on astrology and tried understanding what went wrong in her life with respect to career choices, she grew a deep interest in the subject and decided to explore this as a career option. She went on and studied Astrology in depth.

She holds prestigious degrees in astrological sciences from some renowned institutions of India. While establishing her practice, she understood the needs of her career and her clients clearly. She established an e-commerce business for the convenience of her clients and smooth facilitation of her consultations. She shared her journey from ‘nowhere’ to certitude with a go-getter attitude and proved to be an inspiration.

When we think of an astrologer, often, we misinterpret it as a human fallacy, we fail to understand and believe the fact that it is a science which is far beyond our understanding, is complex and is just another domain which is pursued by many.

Such assumptions are mostly a result of various regrettable acquaintances that we have experienced previously which have created a negative impact of the entire subject. This parameter was very well explained by Miss Anjali; as per her, “an astrologer can be wrong but astrology cannot”. This statement pretty much answers all our questions and clarifies our misconceptions regarding astrology to an extent.

So as Dane Rudhyar says, “Astrology is a Language. If you understand this language, the Sky Speaks to You.

Well, not sure about the sky, but an astrologer surely finds relevance to the stars.

Our next live event is about a career which is not chosen by many because it’s not only unconventional but also involves “alcohol”. Intriguing, right? We’ll be having a Beer Consultant with us to discuss the nuances of his work and career. Register here to book a free spot!
